A bug report — which tool, what you did, what you expected, and what happened. The browser info tool gives you a one-click summary of your browser and device, which usually saves a round of questions. Please do not attach confidential files.
A tool suggestion — what you need it to do, and what you use today. Concrete use cases get built; "add more tools" does not.
A correction — if a conversion factor, a calculation or a piece of copy is wrong, say where and what it should be. Accuracy reports go to the top of the queue.
A privacy request — access, objection or erasure. See the privacy policy for what we do and do not hold. Because there are no accounts, there is usually nothing to erase, but we will still reply.
A business enquiry — partnerships, licensing or press.
What we cannot help with
Carrier disputes. We are not the shipping company. For a missing parcel, raise the claim with the carrier or the seller. The package tracking tool will point you at the right carrier page.
Recovering a document. If a tool ran in your browser, we never had a copy of your file, so there is nothing on our side to recover. Check your Downloads folder and your browser history first.
Investment, legal or tax advice. The AI evaluation is a starting point for your own research — see the terms.
Response times
This is a side project rather than a staffed support desk, so replies can take a few days. Security and privacy reports are prioritised.
