📦 Package Tracking

Identifies the carrier from any tracking number, then links you straight to its official tracking page.

Paste a tracking number and the tool works out which carrier it belongs to, then sends you straight to that carrier's official tracking page.

How to use the Package Tracking

  1. Paste the tracking number into the box.
  2. The number's own format identifies the likely carrier, which is shown as you type.
  3. Open the carrier's official tracking page, or run a live lookup where a tracking feed is available.

Why people use it

  • Carrier detection reads the number's format, so it is instant and works offline.
  • The link goes to the carrier's own tracking page, which is always the most current source of truth.
  • Saved packages stay in your browser, under My Packages, so you can find a number again later.

Frequently asked questions

Why is there no full timeline on this page?

A live tracking feed is a paid service. Rather than showing invented events, this tool gives you free carrier detection and a direct link to the carrier's official page, and displays a live timeline where a feed is configured.

How accurate is the carrier detection?

Very accurate for the major carriers, whose number formats are fixed — UPS numbers start with 1Z, and so on. Smaller regional couriers reuse each other's formats, so more than one candidate is sometimes possible.

What is a tracking number, technically?

A carrier-assigned identifier, usually 8 to 22 characters, sometimes with a check digit. There is no global standard, which is why the same length can belong to different carriers in different countries.
