QR Code Generator for Marketers

Generate QRs for print ads, table tents, packaging inserts, and in-store signage.

For marketers who would rather not context-switch between UTM builders, link shorteners, character-count pages and an AI tab. The day-to-day tools: tagged campaign URLs that survive the round-trip from spreadsheet to ad platform, character counts that match the platform limits, a slug generator for landing pages, and the AI summarizer / translator as the lingua franca for inbox triage and localization QA.

What it does for Marketing and growth teams

How to use it

  1. Paste the tagged campaign URL the QR should encode. Size slider rescales the preview without re-encoding the underlying data.
  2. Pick the foreground color (background should be light for camera readability) and the corner radius (rounded = softer print).
  3. Download the PNG at the resolution the destination needs. A 1-color flyer does not need 4096px; a billboard print does.

Common questions

Should the QR point at a tracked campaign URL?

Yes for offline placements. Put a tagged campaign URL behind the code so scans land in the same reports as the rest of the campaign, and keep the URL short so the pattern stays dense enough to scan easily.

How large should the printed code be?

A working minimum is about 2x2cm for a table tent scanned at arm’s length, and noticeably larger for a poster, a window decal or a shelf card read from a step back. Keep the empty margin around the code and do one test print at full size before ordering a run.

What if I need to change the destination later?

A QR code encodes the URL permanently - you cannot edit it after printing. If change is likely, point the code at a URL on your own domain and change what that page redirects to, so the printed material keeps working.
